Bio

Carlos Chacin is an Executive Producer, Director, and Creative Director with over 20 years of experience shaping high-impact advertising across the U.S. Hispanic market and Latin America.

Beginning his career as a copywriter in Venezuela, Carlos quickly climbed the ranks to serve as Chief Creative Officer. In 2002, he transitioned his vision to the director's chair with a debut commercial for Toyota. Since then, he has directed more than 300 commercials for global brands, developing a specialized expertise in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector for major brands including Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC, and Carl's Jr.

Driven by a passion for the craft, Carlos founded Board of Directors Films in 2008, partnering directly with corporate marketing teams to take commercial content from raw concept to final execution. Deeply invested in the creative community, he also founded The Actory in 2019, Miami's premier acting school.
